TS5A4595DBVR Overview


Due to its SC-74A, SOT-753 packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. A total of 5 terminations have been recorded. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3V voltage supply. 5 pins are injected to the electronic part body. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used for these analog switches. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with TS5A4595. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 8Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 5 pins are available. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2V. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 10nA. This analog switch requires a voltage of 2V~5.5V to drain from a single voltage supply. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 250nA, damage can occur. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 450MHz.
