Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.5V~20V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. Switching can be done at 200kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good. Connected to a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position.
