This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package.
