Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.5V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. It can switch at 15kHz~500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
