LM5020MMX-1 Overview

In the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 8V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~630kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Frequency Control, Soft Start. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . 8 terminations with various dc switching's functions. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 48V. LM5020 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. 10 pins are on switching converter. Specially, switching converter corresponds to type Switching Regulator or Controllers.
