LM25118MH/NOPB Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 3V~42V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 500kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 20 terminations. Neither the voltage controller's lowest voltage output 1.23Vr its highest voltage output is less than 1.23V. Switches with 1 phases are used in this controller.
