ISL6440IA-T Overview


As a result of 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For outputs of 2, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 5.6V~24V and has a 5.6V~24V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. 24 terminations with various dc switching's functions. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 12V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "ISL6440". An input voltage of 5.6V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator.
