BD9853AFV-E2 Overview


It comes in a 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~16V and has a 4.5V~16V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 100kHz~2MHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. Connected to a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
