78M6610+LMU/D01 Overview


Tubeipped up in a box. A package called 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad. Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. The following version of Surface Mount is available. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C has been increased. Using a 3V~3.6V power supply, it operates as it should. More similar parts can be found by searching 78M6610. A voltage of 0.8V is present on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. There is a voltage value of 2V on this device as it is designed for high-level I/Os. Logic gate applications using a 24 solution. In other words, it is a 8.1mA device. The device can be supplied with 3.3V. In this device, frequencies up to 20MHz are possible. A memory size of 8kB has been incorporated in this PMIC. As part of its design, the PMIC utilizes FLASH memory.
