ISL6525CBZ-T Overview


As a result of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 10.8V~13.2V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 14-SOIC.
